Stock items purchased from the store are returnable for 30 days after purchase. The item(s) must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box(es) with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.
Custom orders are not refundable. We stand behind our design services and will happily redesign or remake your ring to your satisfaction. If a jewelry item is redesigned with more expensive materials the difference will be due.
Ethos Custom Jewelry warranties against defects in workmanship and materials. Unless otherwise specified above, warranties are as follows:
1 Year warranty includes gemstone loss due to metal failure, broken solder joints or damage not caused by normal wear as determined by Ethos Custom Jewelry. With the exception of damage and/or trauma. All gemstones can chip, crack, brake or be lost due to wear, including diamonds; because of this, Ethos custom Jewelry cannot warranty against any damage or loss of gemstones unless metal failure is the cause and the jewelry is less than 1 year old.

These items may be used for marketing or otherwise with no acknowledgement or compensation to you.
